Monthly mean LaRA snow depths covering winter months (November through April) were averaged over five winters spanning 2018-2023 to create 5-year snow depth means for each winter month. CryoSat-2 Baseline-E L1A/L2 and ICESat-2 ATL07/10 release 6 data were used in development. Sea ice concentration data from the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) and sea surface type data from OSI SAF were used as ancillary data.\n\ncdm_data_type = Grid\nVARIABLES (all of which use the dimensions [time][ygrid][xgrid]):\nLaRA_sd_5yr (LaRA Snow Depth 5yr mean, meter)\ngrid_lat\ngrid_lon\n https://polarwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/info/lara_snowdepth_5yrs_esa_nh/index.htmlTable https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/socd/lsa/SeaIce/LaRaSnowDepth.php (external link) https://polarwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/rss/lara_snowdepth_5yrs_esa_nh.rss https://polarwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/subscriptions/add.html?datasetID=lara_snowdepth_5yrs_esa_nh&showErrors=false&email= NOAA NESDIS STAR lara_snowdepth_5yrs_esa_nh
