Data gaps resulting from the advection were filled with a second DINEOF. \n The advected gap-filled data plus salinity and temperature WCOFS forecast data were used as inputs to the C-HARM model to obtain forecasts for 1, 2, and 3 days into the future.

The chlorophyll a, reflectance, temperature, and surface current fields are included in the dataset.
